By using LLaMO (LLM Optimization) visibility audit service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.
Description of Service
LLaMO provides AI visibility auditing services that analyze how well your business or brand appears in AI language model responses. Our service includes:
- Free basic visibility audits with scoring
- Premium detailed recommendations (paid feature)
- Analysis using OpenAI's language models
- Web-based interface and API access
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our service
- Use our service to spam or harass others
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Submit content that infringes on others' intellectual property
- Overload our systems with excessive requests
Payment Terms
- Basic audits are provided free of charge
- Premium recommendations require a one-time payment of $7
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- We reserve the right to change pricing with notice
Accuracy and Limitations
Our audit results are based on AI analysis and should be considered informational guidance, not definitive facts. We make no guarantees about:
- The accuracy of audit results
- The effectiveness of recommendations
- Future AI model behavior or changes
- Specific business outcomes from using our service
Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of information you submit
- We retain ownership of our software, algorithms, and branding
- You grant us permission to use submitted information to provide our service
- Our audit reports and recommendations are licensed to you for your use
Privacy and Data
Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described in that policy.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other operational needs.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LLaMO and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service at any time for violation of these terms or other reasonable cause. You may stop using our service at any time.
